The SITIO Boracay is constructed in a 755 sqm lot located in Balabag Plaza only 200 few meters from the beach. It offers privacy and exclusive accommodations, preferably to extended families and groups. It has catered to some high profile VIP guests who have enjoyed a memorable experience while staying in the SITIO. In fact, some guests prefer staying in the SITIO because of its privacy and amenities.

Three honeymoon villas ( Villa 1 , 2 & 4a) set the scene of personal and serene moments together, each villa has a living room with a bar, a one bedroom loft and complemented by jacuzzis for two, garden showers that bring the outdoors in, and private, en suite spas – all that separates you are your heartbeats.
Also available are two family villas ( Villas 3 & 4b) that accommodates up to seven guests, so that you and your loved ones can indulge in cozy bonding moments together
Villa 4 has two units ( 4a & 4b) The lower unit (4A) has a living room with a bar, a large bedroom, spacious bathroom with a garden, jacuzzi for 2, TV and electronic safe. The upper unit (4B) has a living room with a bar, a bedroom, bathroom with jacuzzi for 2 and cable TV. The unit has a loft with a bed and playing area for children. Villas 4A and 4B , have an adjoining door for a family or group who wants to occupy both villas.

It has 4 villas built in a Filipino-Balinese style. The foundation is made of concrete while the roof is of a unique design with cogon roofing. Each room has a package type air conditioning.
The total floor area of the 4 villas is 416 sqm. There is a reception counter which doubles up as an outside bar. There is a service building which houses a generator room, kitchen and laundry. The compound is equipped with a 60 KVA diesel generator which can supply the entire electrical requirement of the compound during brownouts. The kitchen and laundry are fully equipped.
There is a waterfall which spills into a swimming pool for the use of guests. It displays changing colored lights for evening swimming. Two cabanas are located along side the swimming pool.
